110-300-0165(2)(a) Licensee had small rubber bands accessible in the bathroom top drawer posing a risk of chocking, aspiration or ingestion. 110-300-0165(2)(C) Licensee had cords in the living room area under the couch accessible, cords under the tv entertainment center, cords under the reptile cage in a shelve, and on the kitchen, counter located by the back exit door that could form a loop around a child’s neck. 110-300-0165(2)(d) licensee had plastic bags accessible in the bathroom drawer. 110-300-0165(3)(c) the licensee had broken purple toy that could pinch a child’s fingers and a broken football that needed to be repaired or removed out in the licensed play yard. 110-300-0165(3)(F) Licensee had four AC units that posed a tipping hazard in the living room and entrance room of the home, one water station, that posed a risk of tipping located in the kitchen area and a large water jug holder located on the deck in the licensed space of the back yard that posted a risk of a tipping hazard. 110-300-0165(3)(g) Licensee had flaking paint on the play house in the back yard in several locations, a loose fencing posts in the back yard area, and two ripped black privacy nets located on the fenced back yard area. there is broken a floor vent in the living room.
